Step 1

Mash the sugar and yolks in a cup. Whisk egg whites and salt separately in a deep bowl. No need to achieve steady peaks, just a light foam. Pour in the yolks and stir.

Add milk and melted butter to a bowl. Stir again and add the sifted flour in small portions. Depending on its quality, you may need more or less glass of the product. As a result, the dough should become thick and liquid, like slightly diluted sour cream. Finally, add vodka to the dough - it makes the finished products more lush.

Preheat a frying pan, grease it with vegetable or sunflower oil. Scoop the dough with a ladle and pour a little into the center of the pan. Then wiggle it from side to side so that the dough spreads over the entire surface, but does not stick to the walls.
