How to make pineapple and shrimp salad

Required Ingredients:

- one ripe pineapple;

- 200 g fresh peeled shrimp;

- one avocado;

- one lemon;

- one bunch of green salad (slightly sweet Iceberg, Batavia, Butterhead will do);

- one bunch of green onions;

- 30 ml of olive oil;

- a handful of peeled walnuts (you can also use hazelnuts, cashews);

- salt and ground pepper (to taste).

The first step is to peel the pineapple and cut it into small cubes (canned pineapples are not suitable for this salad, only fresh ripe fruits).

Next, boil the shrimp in salted water until tender (this takes no more than 10 minutes).

Peel the avocado, remove the pit and chop finely and finely (for a salad it is better to take an unripe fruit).

In a bowl, mix the juice of half a lemon and olive oil, beat and pour over the chopped green onions with the resulting mixture. Add chopped nuts there (it is not necessary to fry them, this is a matter of taste), salt and pepper, mix, let it brew for a few minutes.

In a deep bowl, combine the pineapple and avocado pieces, add the shrimp to them and season with the previously prepared sauce. Mix.

Rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly in cold water, tear with your hands in random order, spread them evenly on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put the salad on the leaves. Delicious pineapple and shrimp salad is ready.

Required Ingredients:

- 300 g smoked chicken breast;

- 200 g of Chinese cabbage;

- 150 g of canned pineapples;

- a glass of strawberries;

- 30 ml of olive oil;

- one orange.

Chicken breast and pineapples should be cut into cubes, Chinese cabbage - into strips, strawberries - into four parts.

In a bowl, combine olive oil and juice of one orange and beat.

Put chicken, pineapple and cabbage in a deep bowl, season with cooked sauce and stir.

Put the salad on a plate and garnish with strawberries.
