Salad is a versatile dish that is prepared both as an addition to dinner and to a festive table. But along with complex flaky salads, there are those that take just a few minutes to cook.
Crab stick salad with tomatoes
You will need:
- crab sticks 150 g;
- tomato - 1 pc;
- garlic - 1 pc;
- hard cheese - 50-70 g;
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
Cut the defrosted crab sticks and tomato into strips, pour into a bowl. Finely chop the garlic or squeeze through a press. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and add to a bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix gently.
Cucumber and Chinese cabbage salad
You will need:
- Peking cabbage - 1/2 small head of cabbage;
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- salt, spices;
- any sausage - 100 g;
- onion - 1 pc;
- mayonnaise.
Peking cabbage (you can use white cabbage) shred, cut the cucumber into strips. Cut the sausage (smoked - into strips, boiled - into cubes) and add to the cabbage. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater, add salt and spices to taste. Cut the onion in half rings, pour it into a bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix the salad. Serve chilled on the table.
Minutka salad
You will need:
- tomato - 1 pc;
- white bread croutons - 50 g;
- processed cheese - 1 piece;
- garlic - 1-2 cloves;
- greens to taste;
- mayonnaise.
Cut the tomato (it is better not to take very soft ones) cut into strips, put in a salad bowl. Add processed cheese grated on a medium grater to it. Finely chop the garlic or squeeze through a press, finely chop the greens. Finally, add the croutons, season with mayonnaise and mix.
