Other cooking options include pork marinated with homemade mayonnaise. You can use a sauce from a store, but the quality of this mayonnaise is inferior to homemade. To prepare it, beat the vegetable oil with a raw egg, salt and pepper. The evidence of the readiness of the sauce is a change in its color, turning from yellow to whitish. When it acquires the consistency of a thick jelly, add lemon juice or vinegar to it.

To loin, tenderloin or pork neck. From these parts, the dish will turn out to be especially tender. However, if they are absent, you can also use meat from the thigh or shoulder blade. Rinse the tenderloin under running water, cut into portions across the fibers. This method allows you to get the softest pork. The thickness of the pieces should not exceed 2 cm.

Dip the pieces of meat into the cooked marinade and stir so that all pieces are evenly smeared with the sauce. Cover the dishes with a lid or plastic wrap, otherwise the top of the meat will dry out. The pickling time depends on the capabilities of the hostess: from three hours to a day. In this case, the pork should be in the refrigerator.

When the meat is sufficiently marinated, it remains to roll each piece in breadcrumbs and put in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. If there is too much mayonnaise, scoop the excess off the pieces with a spoon or spatula. Roast the meat over medium heat to avoid burning it.
