Lamb is a very satisfying and fatty meat. Lamb with couscous, curry, yoghurt and zucchini will be a complete lunch that does not require any additions in the form of side dishes. After all, you will serve aromatic couscous as a side dish, and grated zucchini with yogurt as a sauce.

- For six servings:
- - 700 g of lamb shoulder;
- - 300 ml of water;
- - 250 g zucchini;
- - 230 g of couscous;
- - 150 g of Greek yogurt;
- - turmeric, curry, ground cinnamon, peppermint, salt, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour turmeric, curry, ground cinnamon into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add a little black pepper, heat slightly for a minute. Then pour in half a glass of water, salt, bring the aromatic mixture to a boil.
Step 2
Pour couscous into a large bowl, cover with spiced water, cover with a plate, leave for five minutes.
Step 3
Grease a frying pan with oil, heat on the grill. Cut the lamb shoulder into large pieces, beat slightly, sprinkle with salt and pepper, send to the grill for 20 minutes, during this time, turn the pieces of meat once.
Step 4
Peel the raw young zucchini and grate it coarsely while the meat is roasting. Add Greek yogurt, dried mint, salt to the courgette and stir.
Step 5
Let the finished lamb rest for 5 minutes and serve with the couscous. Serve zucchini with yoghurt separately as a sauce.
