Soup is a fairly common dish. It is an important part of the diet. Dumpling soup is very popular among the peoples living in the northern part of the planet, because it is very nutritious.

Step 1
To make the dumplings dough, use flour, egg powder, oil and water at the rate of 13 grams per serving and salt. Knead the dough and roll it into a ball shape. Cover the dough with damp gauze and hold for forty minutes.
Step 2
While the dough is aging, cook the minced meat. Pass the beef and pork through a meat grinder several times. In the resulting minced meat, add the onion grated or rolled through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Roll out the prepared dough into a long strip two millimeters thick. Grease one edge of the dough with a width of one and a half centimeters with an egg, put the balls of minced meat, stepping back from the edge by three centimeters. Observe two centimeters between balls.
Step 4
Cover the minced meat balls with the dough, lift the edges and press the top edge of the dough against the opposite edge around each minced meat ball.
Step 5
Cut the dumplings into a three centimeter notch. Sift flour onto sheets and place dumplings on top of them.
Step 6
Cook the broth for the soup. Dip the dumplings one by one into the broth, make sure that they do not stick together.
Step 7
Add finely chopped onion or garlic to taste and simmer the dumplings over low heat for about 12 minutes. If you are cooking store-bought dumplings, cook for five minutes after boiling. A few minutes before cooking, add bay leaf, herbs and other spices to taste to the dumplings soup.
Step 8
Serve the dumplings soup seasoned with sour cream, ketchup, mayonnaise, or any sauce you like.
