Jam "Pyatiminutka"

You need to take:

  • 2 kg of plums;
  • 1 kg of sugar;
  • 10 g vanilla sugar.

Having selected a ripe and strong berry, rinse it thoroughly, remove the branches and, cutting in half, remove the bones. Next, the plum must be covered with granulated sugar and left in this state overnight so that the fruits become stronger and get rid of excess juice. In the next step, place the container with the workpiece on high heat, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Then put it on fire again and bring to a boil. The jam is ready, you can pour it while still hot in sterilized jars.
