Many people find it very difficult to prepare a delicious treat on their own, and it takes a lot of time. I want to prove otherwise. Bake homemade biscuits and make sure they're not. It will take you a maximum of half an hour to cook these pastries, but in the end you will receive a lot of gratitude from your family and friends.
It is necessary
- - flour - 400 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - whole milk - 80 ml;
- - baking powder for dough - 10 g;
- - vanillin - 2 g.
Instructions
Step 1
After softening the butter, mix it with an ingredient such as granulated sugar. Beat the sugar and cream mixture well, then add to it first a raw chicken egg, then whole milk and baking powder, that is, a baking powder for the dough. If desired, add vanillin to the formed mass at the tip of a knife. Mix everything until smooth. By the way, if you suddenly did not have butter, then you can replace it with margarine, only in this case the taste of the biscuits will be a little worse than it could have been.
Step 2
Add wheat flour to a homogeneous sugar-butter mass. Pour it in gradually and, preferably, passing it through a sieve. Thanks to this procedure, the dough is tender and airy.
Step 3
Put the well-kneaded dough on a work surface and turn it with a rolling pin into a layer, the thickness of which is approximately 6-7 millimeters. Using a special muffin pan, cut out the future biscuits for it. If you do not have such a mold, then make the biscuits round.
Step 4
Carefully transfer the figures cut from the dough to a baking tray. Send the dish to the oven preheated to a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. It is not difficult to determine the readiness of the baking - its top should be covered with a golden brown crust. Homemade biscuits are ready! Let them cool, then serve with tea.
