- To make these cakes you will need for the dough:
- • Wheat flour - 220 g,
- • Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. l.,
- • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp,
- • Butter at room temperature - 150 g,
- • Egg white - 2 pcs.
- For sour cream filling:
- • Sour cream - 250 g,
- • Egg yolk - 2 pcs.,
- • Starch - 2 tbsp. l.,
- • Sugar - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a deep bowl, beat softened butter with powdered sugar until thick cream. Beat for about 4 minutes.
Step 2
Add vanilla sugar, stir until smooth. Add proteins to the butter. Beat for 3 minutes. Pour the sifted flour into the mixture, mix well and put the dough in baking tins. Send in tins to bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a deep bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer until a whitish thick consistency (5 minutes).
Step 4
Add starch to the yolks and beat for another 2 minutes. Add sour cream to the mixture, mix thoroughly. When 12 minutes have passed, remove the cookie cutters from the oven and lower the oven to 170 degrees.
Step 5
Pour the sour cream filling into the molds on hot cakes and send them to bake in the oven - for 50-60 minutes at 170 degrees until a brownish crust appears.
