It is necessary

  • - 10 ml of water;
  • - 200 ml of heavy heavy cream;
  • - 150 g brown sugar;
  • - 20 ml of fresh honey;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Place a small saucepan on the stove, preferably with a non-stick coating. Put water, sugar, honey in it. Without boiling, heat all ingredients. The mixture must be constantly stirred. Heat until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a separate container and pour in the sugar-honey syrup in a thin stream. Stir and bring to a boil, add a little salt.

Step 3

Heat the cream and gently add to the syrup in small portions, mix everything.

Step 4

The syrup should be cooked over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. The mixture should darken and thicken. When the syrup starts to turn amber brown, remove from heat and cool slightly. Warm sauce can be served to the table after pouring it into a beautiful dish.
