Boil milk in a clean saucepan, add cream and let cool slightly. In a blender, beat the eggs and sugar, then pour into another bowl and add the zest. Mix everything thoroughly. Add milk.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into molds and place them on a baking sheet, the baking sheet itself should be filled with a little water. Place the tins in the oven at the very bottom and bake over medium heat for 50 minutes. Put the cooled cakes on plates, cut lightly and garnish with powdered sugar and mint.
