To make a boiled cod salad, take:

- cod - 750 g;

- cloves to taste;

First you need to boil the cod until tender, remove from the boiling water and cool. Then you need to remove the skin from the fish and be sure to remove all the bones so as not to damage the oral cavity when eating. The fish, peeled and pitted, must be chopped by hand, dividing into small pieces.

Chicken eggs need to be boiled hard. After boiling, it is necessary to remove them from the boiling water and place them in cold water so that the shell can be removed more easily when cleaning. Finely chop four eggs, and leave the fifth to decorate the salad.

Onions need to be peeled, chopped, then placed in a colander and poured over with boiling water to remove the bitterness. Then the onion is placed in a deep plate and steeped in boiling water for some time to soften. Vinegar, salt and granulated sugar are added to the onion, as well as a little ground pepper and cloves.

The resulting mixture is placed in a saucepan and put on fire. When the mixture boils, it must be thrown into a colander and peeled from the cloves. The resulting pickled onion must be mixed with cod and boiled eggs. The finished salad is dressed with mayonnaise, garnished with herbs and boiled egg slices.

Salmon fish soup

To prepare delicious salmon fish soup, take two liters of water:

- salmon steak - 600 g;

- potatoes - 4 pcs.;

- carrots - 1 pc.;

- onion - 1 pc.;

- allspice - 5 pcs.;

- ground black pepper - to taste;

- fresh dill - to taste;

- salt - to taste;

- bay leaf - to taste.

First you need to prepare the vegetables. Potatoes must be washed, peeled and diced. Carrots also need to be washed thoroughly, peeled and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop onions. Then you need to rinse the fish well, peel and cut into portions.

Pour water into a large saucepan, bring to a boil and add chopped vegetables, fish, bay leaves and allspice. When the soup boils, you need to reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for another half hour, periodically skimming off the foam. Salt and pepper can be added to the finished soup to taste.
