  • - milk - 300 ml;
  • - onion - 1 pc.;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - butter - 15 g;
  • - flour - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - Emmental cheese - 100 g;
  • - Parmesan cheese - 20 g;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - pepper - to taste;
  • - nutmeg - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 300 ml of milk into a ladle. Chop a small onion at random and put it in milk. We also send bay leaves there.
