When you don't feel like spending a lot of time preparing dinner, you can make a hearty yet healthy spinach casserole. This dish is based on pasta and spicy with delicate ricotta and creamy sauce.
It is necessary

- - 400 g of spinach;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of ricotta cheese;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
- - a handful of peeled walnuts;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Add chopped spinach and ricotta to these. Mix everything carefully and place in a baking dish.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour and fry for a minute. Then pour in warm milk and stir well so that there are no lumps. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Remove the prepared sauce from the heat and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with nuts. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Serve with white wine.
