Dry yeast

Flour products using dry yeast will acquire excellent taste and texture if such yeast is pre-dissolved in warm water.
Fast acting yeast
Advanced housewives are increasingly using fast-acting yeast for baking bread. The rise of the dough when using them is twice as fast. Moreover, such yeast does not need to be diluted with water, added salt or sugar. Yeast is mixed with flour and immediately poured into the dough.
