Instructions
Step 1
Make mushroom soup for fasting. First, put the potatoes, cut into cubes, to boil. Salt the water. Peel the mushrooms, cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil with onions. When the potatoes are almost cooked, add the fried mushrooms to them and keep them on the stove for another 5 minutes. Season the mushroom lean soup with chopped herbs and serve with brown bread.
Step 2
For the second in the post, cook boiled potatoes with cabbage cutlets. Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces and cook in salted water. Chop the cabbage finely and simmer until tender. Add semolina porridge to it, salt and mix. Blind the cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil. Serve Lean Cabbage Patties with Boiled Potatoes.
Step 3
For dessert in Lent, prepare puffs with mushrooms. Make the mushroom filling first. To do this, pass the mushrooms through a meat grinder or chop finely. Fry in vegetable oil with onions. Cool and add chopped walnuts. Season with salt to taste. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into squares, place mushroom filling in the center of each and pinch the edges. Bake the puffs at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
