Delicious vegetables are made with honey-mustard sauce. This side dish goes well with barbecue and rice.

- - 8 pcs. potatoes;
- - 5 pieces. medium carrots;
- - 4 things. a clove of garlic;
- - 20 ml of liquid honey;
- - 20 g of diluted mustard;
- - 2 g of black ground pepper;
- - 5 g of curry;
- - 5 g ground paprika;
- - salt to taste.

Step 1
To prepare such a sauce, it is best to take fresh flower honey, which has not yet had time to thicken and sugar, you can also take buckwheat honey. If there is no fresh honey, dilute honey with a little boiled water and heat it strongly in a water bath. The honey should run thin, but do not bring it to a boil. Cool the liquid honey well before cooking.
Step 2
Take celery, wash well, dry and peel. Cut the peeled celery root into cubes of the same size, no more than two to three centimeters. Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into smaller cubes. Peel the garlic and cut each clove in half. Place vegetables and garlic together in a deep bowl.
Step 3
Take a skillet with a thick bottom and high edges, heat well on the stove and put butter in it, as soon as the butter melts, add honey to it. While stirring, add pepper, curry and paprika to the honey and butter. Thoroughly pour the sauce over the vegetables, each piece should be covered with it. Transfer vegetables to a baking dish and bake for forty minutes. If desired, you can add cauliflower and celery to such vegetables.
