You will need:

- 500 grams of chicken breast;

- four eggs;

- one onion (red);

- two cucumbers;

- two tomatoes;

- 200 grams of hard cheese;

- five tablespoons of 9% table vinegar;

- pitted black olives (about five pieces);

- mayonnaise (you can use sour cream).

Boil chicken breast in salted water, hard-boiled eggs. Peel the onion. Wash cucumbers and tomatoes in cold water.

Mix the vinegar with 1/2 glass of water, cut the onion into half rings and cover it with marinade for 30 minutes.

Finely chop the chicken breast and tomatoes, grate the cheese, eggs and cucumbers (each ingredient in a separate plate). Cut the olives in half. It is worth remembering that cucumbers and tomatoes in a salad can give juice, which is why, before laying out the layers, they need to be salted, allowed to stand for a few minutes, and then squeezed slightly.

Take a wide, flat plate and begin to lay out the salad in layers in a semicircle shape. The first layer is chicken, the second layer is pickled onions, the third layer is an egg, the fourth layer is cheese (with cheese it is also necessary to lay out a thin strip along the outer part of the "wedge"), the fifth layer is tomatoes (they should be placed on the salad to the cheese strip).
