For cabbage soup you will need:

- 500 g of beef brisket;

- 3 liters of water;

- 300 g of white cabbage;

- 200 g of carrots;

- 75 g of onions;

- 50 g of tomatoes;

- 25 g of fresh herbs;

- 5 g of garlic;

- 5 g of salt;

- 1 g of bay leaves;

- 1 g peppercorns.

Rinse the brisket, add water, bring to a boil and drain. It is believed that if an animal received some kind of chemical additives during its lifetime, with this technology, all the bad things that could remain in the meat will go away.
