Guests will come to you in an hour, and you have not had time to cook anything, and in the fridge there is only bread, eggs, sausage and cheese? No reason to get upset!
It is necessary
- for 1 sandwich:
- - 1 piece of bread;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 slices of sausage;
- - 5 layers of cheese;
- - vegetable oil for lubrication.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut out the crumb from the bread, leave only the crust, so that when you put this crust on the pan, you get a frame.
Step 2
Grease the pan with vegetable oil. We put a frame of bread on the pan so that there are no breaks anywhere. If there are any, then put cheese on top and on the sides of the gap. We turn on the stove at almost all power, that is, if the full power is 6 units, then almost full power is 5 or 4 units.
Step 3
Drive the egg into the inner area of the frame so that the yolk remains intact and the white does not "run away" outside the frame.
Step 4
Put sausage circles on top of the egg, covering the entire area. On top of the sausage and over the entire area of the inner area of the frame, lay out the crumb of bread, and then the layers of cheese
Step 5
We cover everything with a lid, set it to medium power (see step 2) and set it for 4 minutes. If you want the yolk to remain liquid, then mark not 4 minutes, but 3.
Remove the sandwich from the stove, sprinkle with pepper or other seasoning.
