Polish golonka is perfect for any festive table. This dish, cooked at home, turns out to be surprisingly aromatic, soft and juicy. It is this recipe for golonka in Polish that is classic and has been popular even in expensive restaurants for many years in a row.
It is necessary

- - honey - 1 tablespoon;
- - mustard - 1 tablespoon;
- - dark beer - 0.5 l;
- - bay leaf - 2 pcs;
- - carrots - 1 pc;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - pork shank - 1.5 kg.
Instructions
Step 1
If necessary, defrost the pork shank and wash in water. Dry the meat with paper towels or paper towels. You can use the microwave to defrost.

Peel the onions, peel the carrots with a knife, cut off the back. Rinse under running water. Chop vegetables into small pieces with a knife.
