This cake will decorate any table! Fresh, light and delicate "Orchard" tastes good and goes well with green tea!

It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 250 g flour
  • - 200 g sugar
  • - 8 eggs
  • For filling:
  • - 300 ml cream
  • - 80 g sugar
  • - 10 g gelatin
  • For decoration:
  • - 200 g chopped walnuts
  • - 2 medium sized apples
  • - 1 orange
  • - 2 kiwi
  • - 50 g of grapes

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking a biscuit.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the whites until a thick white foam. Grind the yolks with sugar until smooth. Then, combine these two masses and, slowly adding flour there, knead the dough.

Step 2

Pour the finished dough into a greased form and send it to an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3

Divide the cooled sponge cake horizontally in half and soak it with a mixture of whipped cream, gelatin and sugar.

Step 4

Let's start decorating:

- finely chop the walnuts;

- cut the kiwi into thin slices;

- divide the orange into slices;

- my apples, core and cut into thin slices.

Step 5

Next, beat the cream with sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained and coat the sides of the biscuit with this mass.

Step 6

Decorate the top surface of the cake with apple, kiwi, grape and orange slices. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts on the sides of our product. On top of the fruit, apply frozen gelatin or fruit jelly.

Step 7

The cake should be served chilled!
