The most delicate schnitzel with chanterelles can be turned into a savory dish if you add chopped garlic and mustard to the ingredients during cooking.
It is necessary
- - 1 large onion
- - 400 g of chanterelle mushrooms
- - 1 tbsp. l. flour
- - butter
- - ground black pepper
- - sour cream
- - vegetable oil
- - 4 pork schnitzels
- - mustard and garlic optional
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add chanterelle mushrooms to the contents of the pan.
Step 2
Fry the chanterelle and onion mixture for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add one tablespoon flour and pour over 300 g of any broth. Add salt, pepper, garlic and mustard as you like. Simmer all ingredients for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Salt the meat on both sides and beat off. Fry on both sides until crusty. Place all ingredients in a baking dish and place in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Do not forget to decorate the dish with herbs before serving.
