Meat salad is a favorite on the festive table. Guests usually come with a good appetite, so they can't get enough of cucumbers and tomatoes. This is one of my favorite salads, it always helps out. I am sharing with you his recipe.

- - pickled (or pickled) cucumbers of medium size - 2 pcs.,

- - tomatoes - 2 pcs.,

- - mayonnaise.

Step 1
Grate pork with salt and pepper, wrap in foil and bake for 60-80 minutes. in the oven at 200 degrees. You can easily tell if the meat is tender by its juice. If, when cutting, juice of a light (but not pink!) Color flows out of the meat, it is time to remove it from the oven.
Step 2
Cool the finished meat. Hard-boiled eggs, cut lengthwise into 4 parts. Cut the tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into slices. Chilled meat - thin slices.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients, salt to taste, put on a plate and pour with mayonnaise, squeezing it out in a thin stream.
