The recipe for these signature cutlets was requested from the chef of one of the restaurants in the city of Samara. The cutlets are incredibly tender, juicy and with a pronounced meaty taste. A profitable snack for a large company.
To prepare these cutlets, you will need:
- 1 kilogram of selected beef,
- 8 eggs
- 1 glass of mayonnaise
- 1 glass of wheat flour
- Bulgarian pepper 3-4 pieces,
- garlic 3-4 cloves,
- sunflower oil for frying,
- salt pepper.
Rinse the beef, cut, separate from the veins and seeds, mince. Wash the bell pepper, cut, peel and mince. Add eight raw eggs to the ground beef, beat with a mixer. Add mayonnaise, bell pepper, flour and chopped garlic. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Knead the finished mass well and beat with a whisk.
Pour sunflower oil into the pan. Heat it up. Put cutlets in a frying pan with a ladle. Fry on both sides at medium temperature. Place the finished cutlets on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Garnish with vegetable stew or mashed potatoes with fresh herbs. There are so many cutlets that it will be enough for the whole company.
