When guests unexpectedly come or just don't have the strength to cook dinner for a long time, you can fry chicken breasts in a pan. An interesting filling will make the meat juicier and the dish more beautiful. And you will spend only 20 minutes on its preparation.
It is necessary
- - 3 chicken breasts;
- - 50 g of soft cheese "Feta";
- - a pinch of parsley;
- - head of garlic;
- - 3-4 sun-dried tomatoes;
- - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
- - olive oil;
- - salt, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the filling. To do this, crumble the cheese in a bowl, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, parsley and chopped garlic to it. Pepper everything, pour with lemon juice and stir lightly.

Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry on a napkin. Make a deep cut on the side of each and place the prepared filling there. Secure the edges with a toothpick. Season the stuffed chicken breasts with a little salt.
Step 3
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet, add the chicken breasts and fry them over high heat until golden brown on both sides. Then reduce heat, cover the skillet with baking paper soaked in water, and leave to rise for 7-10 minutes.
Step 4
Place the finished chicken breasts on a large, flat plate. Remove toothpicks from them and cut them across into slices 1, 5-2 cm thick. Thus, you will get a beautiful dish for a large number of people.
