Instructions

Step 1

Add 3 tbsp to dry yeast. tablespoons of warm water, leave for 15 minutes. To help the yeast rise faster, you can put a glass of it in a deep container of hot water.

Step 2

Heat the milk, melt the margarine, combine the ingredients. Add proteins, sour cream, sugar, salt to them. The mixture should be lukewarm, add yeast, add flour, knead the dough. Put it in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 3

Prepare the filling for now. Add sugar to the peeled nuts (it is advisable to pre-fry the hazelnuts), chop.

Step 4

Divide the risen dough into small balls, roll each with a diameter of 15 cm. Place 1 tbsp on each tortilla. spoonful of filling, pinch the edges in a crescent shape.

Step 5

Place the pies on a greased baking sheet and bake until tender at a moderate oven temperature.
