Unleavened dough is very easy and quick to prepare. It is often used to make pies with potatoes, eggs, or cabbage. Such dough is usually made on the basis of kefir or sour cream. And the pies from it are tender, soft and very tasty.

Step 1
Before you start kneading the dough, prepare the filling for the pies. As it you can use potatoes with fried onions, stewed cabbage, boiled eggs with green onions, cottage cheese and more. And the pies stuffed with potatoes and pre-fried minced meat are also very tasty and satisfying. When preparing the filling, do not forget to add salt to it.

Beat eggs in a deep bowl, add salt and sugar to them. Then pour in kefir and mix everything thoroughly. Add sunflower oil, baking soda and stir again.

Pour flour into the prepared mass, as much as the dough will take. Place the dough on a floured table and knead a little. It should be very soft, but not stick to your hands. Then dust it with flour and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls. Roll out the cakes about 0.5 cm thick from them. Put the prepared filling in the middle of the cakes and carefully pinch the edges of the cakes.
Step 5
Fry the patties until golden brown in sunflower oil in a hot skillet. Put the finished pies on a flat plate covered with a paper napkin - it will take away excess fat from the pies. And then put them in a prepared dish.
Step 6
For those who do not like to eat fried food, the pies can be baked in the oven. Simply place them on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for about 20-30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
