  • - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • - juice of half a lemon;
  • - gelatin - 5 g;
  • - banana - 1 pc;
  • - orange - 1 pc;
  • - grapes - 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour gelatin into a glass and pour 3 tablespoons of cold water. Leave it in this state for 10-15 minutes, that is, until it swells.

Step 2

In the meantime, you need to brew green tea. Do this in the usual way: pour the tea into a teapot, pour 300 milliliters of boiling water and let it stand for a few minutes.

Step 3

After the tea is brewed, strain it through a sieve. Then add the following ingredients to it: sugar and lemon juice. Also add the swollen gelatin to the mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, then cool.

Step 4

While the green tea and gelatin mixture is cooling, chop the fruit. Peel and dice the bananas and oranges. The grapes must be cut into 2 parts and the seeds must be removed from them.

Step 5

Transfer the chopped fruits to glasses and cover them with the cooled mixture of green tea and gelatin. Put the glasses in the refrigerator. They should stay in it until the dish has completely solidified, that is, within 5 hours. The fruit in tea jelly is ready! Garnish with mint if desired.
