Let's prepare a yeast dough. In a small amount of warm milk, stir 25 grams of baker's yeast. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of sifted premium wheat flour. Cover the container with the dough with a clean towel and put it in a warm place so that the mass doubles and a hat forms.

Let's make the dough. Beat 3 eggs with 0.5 cups of sugar using a mixer. Melt 50-80 grams of butter or margarine for baking in a saucepan and let cool. In a separate bowl, grind 250 grams of cottage cheese, add the beaten egg-sugar mixture and melted butter. Now we pour in the ready-made yeast dough. Mix everything thoroughly. Add 2-3 cups flour and fresh cranberries. Gently knead the dough so that the berries are evenly distributed.

We take the cake pan. Lubricate the walls with margarine or vegetable oil. The bottom can be covered with parchment paper or sprinkled with your favorite nuts. We fill the form with dough in half. And we put it in a bowl of hot water so that the dough rises. Bake in a preheated oven until tender.

We decorate the cake with icing sugar, icing, cranberries.
