Chicken cutlets are very tasty in themselves, but with a filling they will not leave indifferent either home or guests.
To cook stuffed chicken cutlets, you will need:
500 g of minced chicken or meat (breast is suitable, which must be passed through a meat grinder), 1 medium onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2-4 slices of bread or rolls (to taste, but you can not put it at all), 3 eggs, salt and pepper to taste, 100 g of hard cheese, parsley and (or) dill, green onions, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter.
Cooking stuffed chicken cutlets:
Combine the minced chicken with a bread or roll (lightly soaked in milk or water, whichever is on hand). Put there finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, break the egg. All must be mixed well.
For the filling, boil two eggs, chop them. Grate the cheese, chop the herbs (parsley, dill, green onions). Mix boiled eggs, cheese, herbs.
We make the cutlets as usual (we put the minced meat on the cutlet), but make a depression in each cutlet, put a little filling there and cover it with a small portion of the minced meat.
Fry in butter in a preheated skillet until tender.
Serve such chicken cutlets with any side dish to taste and desire - both ordinary boiled or fried potatoes and simple pasta, rice will do, but fried or stewed mixtures of vegetables, many salads will also be good.
