Benderiki with meat looks like simple stuffed pancakes, but there are still differences, for example, that they are cooked with raw minced meat, not fried. I suggest you cook this interesting and delicious dish.
It is necessary
- - flour - 350 g;
- - water or milk - 550 ml;
- - refined vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - sugar - 2-3 tablespoons;
- - soda - 0.5 teaspoon.
- For filling:
- - chicken fillet - 500 g;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - cold water - 2 tablespoons;
- - cream - 2 tablespoons.
- For batter:
- - milk - 100 ml;
- - eggs - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a fairly deep cup and pour milk or water into it. It is best to use the former. Then add raw chicken eggs, sunflower oil, granulated sugar and salt to the same place. Whisk the resulting liquid mixture thoroughly with a whisk.
Step 2
Then add soda along with flour to this liquid mixture. Add the latter as you mix. As a result, you will have a dough. If it turns out to be too thick, then add a small amount of water to it.
Step 3
After heating the sunflower oil in a frying pan, cook pancakes from the resulting dough on it. Please note that only the first pancake needs to be fried in oil, all the rest should be baked in a dry frying pan.
Step 4
After stacking the resulting pancakes on top of each other, cut them exactly in the middle.
Step 5
Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces, then chop together with the onions, passing through a meat grinder. Season this mixture with salt and pepper to your liking. Then add cream and cold water there. Mix everything as it should.
Step 6
Take a half of a pancake, put a small amount of meat filling on it and distribute it over the entire surface. Then fold one edge towards the center of the pancake so that the mass of meat is inside. Do the same for the second edge. Wrap one last time so that you get a triangle. Do the rest of the benders in the same way.
Step 7
Beat the egg and mix it with the milk. Dip all benderiks into the resulting batter, then fry them in sunflower oil on each side until golden brown.
Step 8
Serve the finished dish hot along with sour cream. Benderiki with meat are ready!
