Step 1
Boil the milk in a small saucepan. Gently add bran, muesli, or oatmeal to the boiling drink. Cook over low heat until the resulting porridge thickens.

Peel the orange by removing the zest from it with a fine grater with cloves.

Using a mixer, beat the egg until frothy, add sour cream and orange zest, combining all the ingredients well. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and pour into a bowl with egg and sour cream. Beat the food for another 2-3 minutes.

Combine the cooled bran milk together with the whipped mass. Divide the ice cream into small trays or glasses and place in the freezer. After 4-5 hours, a healthy treat will be ready. It is important to stir it from time to time with a spoon until the dessert is completely frozen.
