It is necessary
- - 150 g flour with baking powder;
- - 1/2 tsp. baking soda;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 250 ml buttermilk or low-fat milk;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- - 200 g blueberries;
- - 4 tbsp. l. melted butter;
- - sunflower oil for frying;
- - butter and honey for serving.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. Whisk with buttermilk, eggs, sugar, blueberries and melted butter to make a thick sour cream dough. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Brush a skillet with sunflower oil and place in 2 or 3 large spoons of batter. Fry for 2-3 minutes (until the pancakes are browned underneath).
Step 3
Turn over and cook for 3-5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Serve heaped with butter and honey.
