Yoghurt marinade is suitable not only for chicken meat, but also for vegetables, turkey. Chicken kebab is spicy and tender. It can be served with a warm new potato salad.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of chicken fillet;
- - 130 ml of natural yogurt;
- - 1.5 cm of ginger root;
- - small chili pepper;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - ghee, cumin, coriander, salt, garam masala spice mixture.

Step 1
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Chop the ginger too.

Rinse the chili peppers, dry, remove the seeds, and chop finely.

Heat the coriander with cumin in a dry frying pan for 1 minute, then put it in a mortar and chop. Combine with garam masala spice mixture.
Step 4
Place the garlic, ginger, natural yogurt, chili, salt and spices in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Pour in melted butter, stir.

Rinse the chicken fillet (it is better to take the breast), dry it, cut into small pieces that will be convenient to eat. Fold the chicken into the marinade. Stir, leave to marinate overnight (eight hours is enough).

It remains to put the pickled pieces of meat on skewers and fry them. You can grill chicken skewers over charcoal, in an electric skewer or oven. Chicken meat is cooked quickly - in 15-20 minutes.
