It is necessary

  • - 1 kg of chicken meat;
  • - ½ head of onion;
  • - ½ cup of walnut kernels;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 0.5 tsp ground red pepper;
  • - 0.5 tsp turmeric;
  • - 1 tsp ground ginger;
  • - 0.5 tsp ground cumin (for an amateur);
  • - 1, 5 Art. l. soy sauce;
  • - 1 glass of vegetable oil;
  • - salt;
  • - 0.5 tsp ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Make a nut marinade. To do this, dry the walnut kernels in a dry frying pan.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and onion. Place them along with the dried nuts in a blender. Add pepper and other spices there, pour in soy sauce and a little vegetable oil. Turn on the blender and bring the mixture to a paste. Add the remaining oil and mix everything.

Step 3

Slice the chicken into portions. Season with salt and place in a saucepan. Pour the nut marinade over and stir until marinade covers each piece of poultry. If you think that there is not enough marinade, just add some vegetable oil.

Step 4

Cover the marinated meat saucepan with a lid or cling film. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Ideal for the whole night.

Step 5

Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and grill the meat over hot coals until tender. Remember to turn the kebab over from time to time. This kebab can be served with hot tomato sauce. Bon Appetit!
