A fragrant, tender and very rich cheesecake is a fresh idea for a hearty breakfast, quick snack or family dinner. It forms and bakes very quickly, but also quickly and is eaten both hot and cold.
It is necessary
- • 200 g of hard cheese;
- • 300 g of any cottage cheese;
- • 100 ml of any kefir;
- •3 eggs;
- • 4 tbsp. l. semolina;
- • 1 bunch of dill;
- • 3 cloves of garlic;
- • 1 pinch of pepper mixture;
- • 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
- •salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour semolina into a bowl, pour 3 tbsp. l. kefir, mix and leave until the cereal swells.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and the garlic on a fine grater. Finely chop the dill with a knife. Mash the curd with your hands into a homogeneous mass. Combine all prepared ingredients in one container. Drive eggs there. Mix the contents of the container thoroughly until smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
After mixing, put the swollen semolina into the cheese mass and mix everything again. You should make a batter.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking dish with food paper. If the mold is non-stick, then this step should be skipped. Grease the paper with oil and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. l. semolina.
Step 5
Pour the cheese mass over the semolina and send it to the oven for baking for 25-30 minutes. Note that the baking time is approximate, since each oven has its own characteristics, which must be taken into account.
Step 6
As soon as the cheese cake has risen and is well browned, the oven must be turned off, and the mold must be kept inside the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 7
Meanwhile, wash the remaining dill greens, shake them off and chop finely.
Step 8
Remove the cheese cake from the oven, shake it out of the mold, sprinkle with herbs and cut into portions.
