- - 20 ml of olive oil;
- - 2 g of black pepper;
- - 1 g of white pepper;
- - 2 g red pepper;
- - 1 g ground nutmeg;
- - a little salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Take an onion, wash well in cold water, peel and dry. Cut the dried onion into two halves. Place on a plate, cut side down, and place in the freezer for twenty minutes.
Step 2
Rinse fresh pumpkin in warm water, cut the peel from it. It is necessary to remove three to five millimeters of pulp together with the peel, the one that is tougher. Cut the peeled pumpkin into large cubes of one and a half to two centimeters. In a well-heated skillet in olive oil, fry a little pumpkin. It should be soft and easy to pierce with a fork, and the sides should be browned. Add honey and ground red and black peppers, salt a little. Mix everything and fry for a few more minutes.
Step 3
Rinse lettuce leaves well in cold water, hang in a shaded place for twenty minutes to dry. Then chop the salad into large pieces and place in a cup. Add cooled pumpkin to the salad.
Step 4
For salad dressing, mix olive oil and lemon juice in a separate container, add salt and a little pepper. Let the mixture steep a little, and then add to the salad. Remove the onion and finely chop into half rings, add to the salad.
Step 5
Wash, dry and peel the grapefruit. Separate the flesh into large pieces. Remove bones and films if necessary. Place the pulp in the salad, stir before serving.
