I would like to cook something unusual and tasty - make a soup! But not simple, but in bread. This way of serving the first course is very popular in the Czech Republic - prepare an original dish yourself to surprise your family.

It is necessary

  • - fresh champignons - 250 g;
  • - turnip onions - 1 pc.;
  • - potatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
  • - greens - 5 g.;
  • - dry white wine - 20 g;
  • - cream - 100 g;
  • - rye loaf - 600 g;
  • - a clove of garlic;
  • - ground pepper, salt - to taste;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Cut the mushrooms into pieces - remember that during heat treatment they will decrease, therefore, you do not need to cut the pieces very finely.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil on the bottom. Pour vegetables and mushrooms into oil, fry over low heat until the onions are golden. Pour the wine into this mixture shortly before the end of toasting - it should evaporate by half.

Step 3

Now you need to pour water into the pan and put it on fire. Finely chop the potatoes, put in water, add the contents of the pan. Boil vegetables until tender and grind everything with a blender. Pour in the cream and boil for another 10 minutes. Add pepper and salt there.

Step 4

Let's prepare the bread. A loaf's cap is cut off, the crumb is taken out with a spoon, after which the bread must be placed in the oven and baked there until a crust forms. Now you can grate the bread with garlic and pour the soup inside. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top and serve.
