Sour cream prepared according to this recipe is a milk-flavored cake. Adding honey to the dough gives the baked goods a spicy honey flavor. Sour cream provides tenderness and lightness to the delicacy.

- - sunflower oil - 100g;
- - flour - 300 g;

- -vanilla sugar - sachet;

- - cinnamon - 1/2 tsp;
- -lemon zest - 1/2 tsp

Step 1
Beat eggs and combine with honey, sunflower oil, sugar. Stir the composition.

Add flour, starch, lemon zest, cinnamon to the mass. Quench baking soda with vinegar, combine with dough. After that, mix well.

The dough should be firm. It needs to be placed in a greased mold. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

The dough should rise well. The readiness of the crust can be determined with a toothpick by piercing the cake with it (it should not be wet). The baked goods will turn chocolate color during the baking process.

Allow the cake to cool, then cut into small pieces (about 3 cm) for better impregnation with sour cream. Set aside the crispy and browned slices; later, crumb is made from them for sprinkling the cake.

Mix sour cream with vanilla sugar and combine with pieces of cake. Place the mixture tightly in a suitable dish and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for 40-60 minutes.
Step 7
Grind the delayed slices of the cake into crumbs.
Put the chilled sour cream on a dish (turning the form over), gently trim with a spatula. Sprinkle with crumbs on top, lightly pressing it on the sides. Delicious sour cream is ready to serve.
