Traditionally, rice or pearl barley is put in the pickle, but no one forbids experimenting, so below you will find an excellent recipe for pickle with beans. You can take any meat for this soup, not just chicken.
It is necessary
- • 3 pickled cucumbers;
- • 300 g (1 can) canned white beans;
- • ½ kg of chicken meat;
- • 4 medium potatoes;
- • 1 onion;
- • 1 carrot;
- • ½ cup cucumber pickle;
- • 1 bay leaf;
- • vegetable oil;
- • dill;
- • 3 liters of drinking water.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken meat, place in a saucepan to size, add water. Put on the stove (over high heat), wait for a boil. As soon as the water boils, foam will form on the surface of the liquid, which must be removed. The broth can be salted, but not too much (do not forget that pickles will soon be here). Reduce the heat of the stove to medium and leave the meat to cook for an hour.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel the carrots, wash and also cut into small cubes. Peel off the husk from the onion, cut into small cubes. Do the same with pickled cucumbers, only you do not need to remove the skin from them.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan over high heat, pour a tablespoon of oil, warm it up and put the chopped onion first. Stir and fry until golden brown. Attach the carrot cubes to the onion, stir and fry for no more than two minutes. Add the cucumbers last, stir them with the rest of the ingredients in the pan. Fry vegetables for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Next, pour a glass of chicken broth into the pan (you can take it from the pan where the chicken is boiled). Reduce the heat to medium and simmer the food for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat under the pan.
Step 5
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into medium cubes. Open the jar of beans, rinse the beans in running cold water.
Step 6
Remove the finished chicken from the broth, separate the boiled meat from the bones. Cut large pieces into smaller portions. As soon as the meat is taken out of the pan, pour the potatoes into the broth. After 10 minutes add the stewed vegetables. After 3 minutes, white beans and chicken. After a couple of minutes, pour in the cucumber pickle, add dill, lavrushka, add salt, if necessary, and pepper as desired.
Step 7
The soup should boil, after which the stove should be turned off, and the pickle itself should be infused for about a quarter of an hour.
