Pickle is often prepared with pearl barley or rice, but beans may well be suitable for this. Such a dish turns out to be quite unusual and very tasty. You can cook it with absolutely any meat, here you will also find a recipe with beef.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of beef;
  • 5 small potato tubers;
  • 1, 5 cups beans;
  • 1 head of onion and parsley root;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2 pickles;
  • sunflower oil;
  • 100 g of brine;
  • 10 g tomato paste;
  • salt, lavrushka, peppercorns - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Beef meat (it is best to take on the bone or ribs) must be thoroughly rinsed, if possible, cut into small pieces and put into a deep saucepan. 3 liters of clean water is poured into it.
  2. Place the saucepan on a hot stove. After the water boils, the fire must be reduced. Cook the meat until cooked through.
  3. The cucumbers should be cut into small cubes and placed in a small saucepan. Then a little broth is added to them. Boil the cucumbers until they are soft.
  4. The beans must be prepared in advance, in the evening. To do this, it is thoroughly washed, and then poured with cold water.
  5. Next, you need to prepare the potatoes. To do this, it is peeled and washed thoroughly. Then the potato tubers should be cut with a sharp knife into medium-sized cubes.
  6. Roots (parsley and carrots) must be peeled and washed. Then they are crushed using a grater and sent to a preheated pan with a small amount of sunflower oil. After the roots are soft, add tomato paste to them. After that, the pan is covered with a lid and the vegetables are simmered for about five minutes more.
  7. Separately, you need to fry the onion, previously peeled and cut into small cubes.
  8. Remove the cooked meat from the broth and add the potatoes there. After it is ready, beans are poured into the pan (drain the water), fried roots and onions, as well as cucumbers. The soup is cooked for another 10-15 minutes. Do not forget to add spices 5 minutes before cooking.
  9. The finished pickle is removed from the stove and covered with a lid. Let it brew for a third of an hour.
