Agree that sometimes you want to pamper yourself with something very tasty, but not very high in calories and harmful. In such a case, I suggest you prepare a squash pizza, which can be considered a dietary dish.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - zucchini pulp - 700 g;
- - semolina - 0.5 cups;
- - wheat flour - 3 tablespoons;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - salt.
- For filling:
- - tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.;
- - Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
- - champignons - 100 g;
- - cheese;
- - greens - a bunch.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the zucchini thoroughly, dry, then chop, rubbing on the coarsest grater. Young vegetables are the best for squash pizza. If you took ripe and large ones, then first remove the skin from them and cut out the seeds. Let the grated zucchini sit for 10 minutes, then lightly squeeze the juice out of them.
Step 2
Then add the following ingredients to the zucchini mass: a raw chicken egg, as well as wheat flour and semolina sifted together with salt. Mix everything properly, and then put it aside for a while.
Step 3
With tomatoes and bell peppers, do the following: rinse thoroughly under running water, dry and cut into small pieces. Just do not forget to first remove the core with seeds from the pepper. Lightly fry the mushrooms, chopping into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and finely chop the greens with a knife.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then place the prepared zucchini dough in it and distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Next, place the ingredients on it in the following order: chopped tomatoes, bell peppers and fried mushrooms. Season this mass with any seasonings, then sprinkle it with grated cheese and chopped herbs.
Step 5
Send the dish to bake in the oven at 200 degrees. It should cook in it for 40-50 minutes. Zucchini pizza is ready! Serve it on the table, after cooling and cutting into slices.
