Delicate squash pizza can be prepared in half an hour. It's summer outside, and I really want fresh vegetables, preferably from the garden. If you don't want to eat vegetables raw, make a simple but delicious pizza.
It is necessary
- - 600 g zucchini,
- - 150 g tomato,
- - 3 eggs,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour,
- - 60 grams of hard cheese,
- - a small bunch of parsley,
- - 1 tsp baking powder,
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of semolina for powder form,
- - salt to taste,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil for lubricating the mold.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to warm up (set the temperature to 190 degrees).
Step 2
Rinse young zucchini, you do not need to peel off the skin. If you use old zucchini, then peel them off, rinse. Grate the courgettes on a medium grater, then squeeze and drain.
Step 3
Mix zucchini with eggs, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste, add flour mixed with a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix well, you get a dough like pancakes.
Step 4
Take a mold 24 cm in diameter. The mold can be either ceramic or detachable. If you are using a ceramic mold, grease it with oil, and then sprinkle with semolina. If you prefer a split form, then cover it with a sheet of parchment, which is slightly greased with oil. Pour the dough into a mold.
Step 5
Cut the tomatoes into rings, put them on the dough. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the baking dish with dough, tomatoes and cheese in the oven for half an hour. After the pizza is golden brown, remove and cool in the pan. Serve in portions.
