There are all kinds of pie fillings! For example, viburnum is a beautiful berry, but it tastes bitter. But the "filler" from it turns out delicious and, of course, very useful.
The health benefits of viburnum are undeniable. It contains a lot of vitamin C and other wonderful substances that the body needs in autumn. Therefore, the pie will turn out to be not only tasty, but also healthy.
- viburnum berries - 500 g
- wheat flour - 700 g
-butter - 200 g
-milk - 1 glass
- yeast - 1 teaspoon
-sugar - 2 glasses
-salt - 2 teaspoons
Select only ripe berries. Fill the viburnum with water and rinse a couple of times in warm water. Spread the berries on a paper towel to dry. Then mix with one glass of sugar. If desired, you can add other fruits, such as an apple or pear.
Melt the butter in a water bath and cool slightly. It is important that the oil is not too hot. Then add yeast, a glass of sugar, salt and milk. Pour flour gently. First - a couple of glasses and knead the resulting dough. Add the remaining flour in portions until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
The dough is ready - divide it in two. Roll out the first piece so that it is half a centimeter thick. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the dough on the bottom. Put berries on it. Roll the other part thinner and cover the filling. The edges need to be pinched so that the juice does not leak out during cooking.
Bake the cake at 200 ° C for thirty minutes.
