When choosing meat in the store, you should try to avoid pieces containing a large amount of films. And when cooking, be sure to include potatoes and spinach in the minced meat - they will add softness and juiciness to the dish.

  • feathers of green onions;
  • minced meat - 500 g;
  • potatoes - 1 pc;
  • vegetable oil;
  • spinach - 1 bunch;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • ground black pepper and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Chop spinach and onion into twisted mince. Peel the potatoes and grate them using a fine grater.

Step 2

Put grated potatoes with meat, salt and pepper. Stir the egg in a bowl and combine it with the cutlet mass. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Form small patties from this mixture. Place them in a preheated skillet with butter.
