To make delicious ground beef patties, you need a minimum of ingredients. It's no secret that beef is much tougher than pork or, for example, chicken. When choosing meat in the store, you should try to avoid pieces containing a large amount of films. And when cooking, be sure to include potatoes and spinach in the minced meat - they will add softness and juiciness to the dish.
It is necessary
- feathers of green onions;
- minced meat - 500 g;
- potatoes - 1 pc;
- vegetable oil;
- spinach - 1 bunch;
- egg - 1 pc;
- ground black pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop spinach and onion into twisted mince. Peel the potatoes and grate them using a fine grater.
Step 2
Put grated potatoes with meat, salt and pepper. Stir the egg in a bowl and combine it with the cutlet mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Form small patties from this mixture. Place them in a preheated skillet with butter.
Step 4
Fry the patties on medium heat until golden brown. And then turn over to the other side, reduce the heat and cover. Cook them until tender.
