This cake turns out to be very tender thanks to the custard, and the strawberries will give it even more flavor.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 1 glass of flour
- - 100 g butter
- - a pinch of salt
- - a pinch of sugar
- - 2 tbsp. cold water
- For the cream:
- - 3 egg yolks
- - 60 g sugar
- - ½ cup flour
- - 1 glass of milk
- - 50 g butter
- - 1 tsp vanilla
- - 1 bar of white chocolate
- To decorate the cake:
- - 500 g strawberries
- - 1 bag of cake jelly
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the dough. To do this, pour flour, sugar, salt and diced butter into a blender. Grind everything until smooth. Pour cold water into it and knead the dough very quickly. It is not recommended to knead for a long time, otherwise the butter will melt and the dough will become tough.
Step 2
Next, we will make a ball out of the dough, wrap it in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 3
At this time, add flour to the bowl and beat again. We boil the milk, then pour it into the egg mixture in a thin stream, without ceasing to beat. Pour the whole mixture into a ladle and put on fire. Cook, stirring occasionally with a whisk, until the mixture becomes thick.
Step 4
After that, remove the ladle from the fire. Add butter cubes, vanilla and grated white chocolate there, mix everything. Cover the cup with cling film and place in the refrigerator.
Step 5
We take out the cooled dough from the film and roll it out to a thickness of 4-5 mm. Then we place it in the form. Lay a sheet of foil on the surface of the dough.
Step 6
We bake the dough in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 7
We take it out of the oven, remove the foil, pierce the bottom with a fork. Return the mold to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Cut each strawberry into pieces.
Step 9
Put the custard in the cooled base and level it over the surface.
