Everyone can cook an apple-banana cheesecake without baking, because there is nothing complicated in the process of preparing this dessert.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - rye crackers, water - 1 glass each;
- - dried apricots, sun-dried apples, raisins, soft cottage cheese - 1/2 cup each;
- - two bananas;
- - one apple;
- - gelatin - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - honey - 1 tsp;
- - milk - 100 ml;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - cinnamon - not for everybody.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak gelatin in water for at least half an hour.
Step 2
Grind dried fruits and crackers in a blender, add honey, mix, distribute the mass over the bottom of the split form. Lubricate the walls of the mold with oil or wrap with cling film.
Step 3
Peel the apple and bananas. Cut into thin slices, place on a crust.
Step 4
Heat the swollen gelatin.
Step 5
Combine cottage cheese, banana, milk, sugar and cinnamon in a blender. Pour in the cooled gelatin, mix, pour into a mold. Cool the apple banana cheesecake in the refrigerator.
