Banana-curd cheesecake is a delicate protein dessert made from available ingredients. For this recipe, you only need 6 ingredients, but the treat will be incredibly tasty. With the help of bananas, it can be very beautifully decorated.
It is necessary
- For the basics:
- - shortbread cookies;
- - butter.
- For the cream:
- - 6 bananas;
- - 2 packs of 0% fat cottage cheese;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind shortbread cookies into crumbs, mix with butter. Take the number of components at your discretion - it all depends on the shape that you want to lay out with the cookies, and the desired thickness of the base.

Lay out the form with cookies, tamping it with your hands, form the sides.

Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, beat one egg into it, add flour, mix well until smooth.

Peel ripe bananas, put in a blender, chop until puree. Leave one banana - it must be cut into circles.

Mix the banana puree with the curd.

Transfer the filling into a mold on a sand base and place in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees until light crust appears. It is not required to bake the cheesecake for a long time - 15-20 minutes is enough.
