In addition to the fact that this fruit cake is economical for the family budget, it can easily change its taste at the discretion of the hostess: bananas and apples in the filling will adequately replace any other fruits and berries - for example, pears, plums and kiwi.
Ingredients:
- Bananas - 2 pcs;
- Sifted flour - 250 g;
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs;
- Creamy margarine - 180 g;
- Sugar - 1/3 tbsp;
- Honey - 80 g;
- Apple - 1 pc;
- Soda - 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- Margarine for baking must be softened, but not melted - let it melt slightly at room temperature. Then combine the product with sugar and remember well with a fork, achieving complete homogeneity of the composition.
- Stir in baking soda and stir again. Add a couple of eggs.
- To slightly melt the honey, keep it in a water bath or simply heat it in the microwave to a semi-liquid consistency. Send it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients, then add the flour immediately. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Peel the bananas and apple (remember to rinse well!). Cut the bananas into thin circles and chop the apple into compact cubes.
- Transfer the fruit slices to the dough and stir again. The consistency of the base for the pie should be close to thick sour cream.
- Prepare a split baking dish: line the bottom with baking paper (preferably cut out a circle according to its diameter) and coat generously with vegetable oil. The sides of the mold also need to be lubricated.
- If desired, sprinkle the inside of the mold with a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon or crushed nuts - the taste of the cake will become even richer!
- Fill in the batter and bake in the oven at 180 degrees. The cooking time, on average, is half an hour - test the readiness with a toothpick (note: you need to pierce the baked goods not vertically, but at an angle and from the side).
- Remove the banana and apple pie while it is still hot. Powdered sugar will be an excellent decoration for a fragrant delicacy!
